Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise created a cottage home prototype as an affordable housing option.

NeighborWorks Lincoln (Nebraska) served as a host site for one of 50 planned murals calling attention to the contribution of women and girls in communities across the country.

Thirty years ago, homeowners became virtually non-existent in Hillside Historic District, which spiraled into decline. In an effort to restore the neighborhood, NeighborWorks New Horizons created the Waterbury Community Investment project. 

Financially strapped cities in northeastern Pennsylvania were filled with residents that were unable to maintain their aging homes. To turn the area around, NeighborWorks NEPA developed a force of hard workers ready to serve their neighbors. 

The center of Toledo, Ohio, boasts some of the grandest old homes in the city, but the Olde Towne has suffered serious decline in recent decades. NeighborWorks Toledo started the Cherry Legacy Project to bring affordable, updated home.
