Since the early 1980s, Roderick Knoll has provided pre-construction services to developers of manufactured housing land lease communities and subdivisions. His services include preparing market studies, arranging construction and permanent financing, and brokering land and completed communities. Knoll has broad geographic experience, having worked in more than 50 market areas across 25 plus states. He is a longtime member of the MHI and has been involved with MHI’s Urban Design Project, MHI’s Site Development Committee, and MHI’s Land Development Conferences. Knoll is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Realtors. He holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, where he studied real estate, finance, and economics.
