Melanie Faison is the vice president of the Homeownership Center at NeighborWorks® Columbus (Georgia). She has more than seven years of housing counseling and mortgage lending experience. Faison specializes in empowering the first-time homebuyer with knowledge and information through one-on-one counseling and group workshops. Her passion is to simplify the mortgage process for first-generation homebuyers.
