Throughout his career in the housing industry, John Little has focused on creating affordable housing solutions for individuals and families through education. He has more than 20 years experience as a practitioner, manager, trainer and consultant—frequently working with nonprofit organizations to develop their programs and services to improve their effectiveness in their respective communities.
As part of his consulting services, he provides onsite and remote online technical assistance on the CounselorMax client management system, focusing on maximizing accuracy and effectiveness through improved processes.
A published author, Mr. Little’s lends his expertise in credit, lending, homeownership and client management. He has developed, produced and conducted in-person and online training programs on credit, lending, foreclosure prevention and client management systems as one of the Managing Partners of The Empowerment Consortium.
He is a member in the Florida Speakers Association and National Speakers Association. Mr. Little is also a Certified Human Behavior Consultant, delivering training and consulting on improving communication, reducing stress and increasing results. He currently serves as president of The Winner’s Edge Consulting, Inc.
