Christena Durost is the Housing Counseling Program Manager for Housing Options Provided for the Elderly (HOPE), a HUD intermediary specializing in reverse mortgage counseling. She has also been providing reverse mortgage counseling since 2001. In addition, she has developed and delivered reverse mortgage counselor training and support through NeighborWorks since 2004. She has a PhD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in the aging population.
