Becky Sherblom

With more than 25 years’ experience in community development and affordable housing Becky Sherblom focuses her consulting practice on helping groups increase capacity by clearly articulating their theory of change, and developing cost-effective ways to measure and evaluate that for both internal management improvements and external funding support. Areas of focus include issue analysis, impact measurement, and strategy development for advocacy or program design. Her approach is based on the core values of participatory processes and the promotion of equity.

Having worked in nonprofit organizations at local, state, and national levels, and having served in executive director, community organizer, and national policy capacities, Sherblom understands the enormous pressures on housing and community development organizations. She uses her expertise and approach to assist organizations to evaluate and refine their programs for maximum community impact.
