ML279 Intermediate Grant Proposal Writing

NOTE: If you have not written a proposal, please consider ML173 or another course. This is an intermediate, highly interactive course designed for experienced resource development professionals seeking to sharpen their grant writing skills. Previous proposal writing experience is a core component of the course. Building on content covered in ML173, course topics include: examining the proposal development process, exploring what foundations and government funders want in reviewing proposals, analyzing Request for Proposals (RFPs), and improving the writing of challenging proposal sections. Participants will learn how to analyze and critique their own work while picking up new tips from their peers. REQUIREMENT: To maximize your learning experience, you must bring at least one recent proposal you have written to the course.
