ML265 Clinic: Marketing Tactics for the Real World

With the explosion of social media and new, unending “opportunities” to market programs and services, overwhelmed organizations are hard-pressed to create a marketing plan, much less execute its strategies. Many end up chasing one idea to the next, diluting their brand and depleting resources without knowing if they’ve gained a return on their investment. In this workshop, participants will re-focus their efforts on marketing tactics that fit within their capacity and resources in order to achieve the organization’s strategic goals. Activities will incorporate participant examples and materials. Participants will leave with a toolbox of resources for successful management of real-world marketing challenges as well as a tactical plan for implementation upon returning home.
