Elizabeth Druback Celaya

Elizabeth Druback Celaya supports team operations, resources and programming that advance comprehensive, place-based and resident-led efforts within NeighborWorks America, the NeighborWorks network and across the affordable housing and community development field. Prior to NeighborWorks, she served as director of Strategic Initiatives with Hudson River Housing, Inc., where she spearheaded the creation of several place-based initiatives, including community leadership development, neighborhood marketing, cultural events, economic development and other activities that built strategic relationships and strengthened the assets of communities.
