One-Week Workshops

The newest online training option from NeighborWorks, one-week workshops are an efficient and cost-effective way to support your continuing professional development. Workshops offer the opportunity for collaboration with peers and faculty via both live and self-paced online sessions for valuable, engaging learning. You'll gain meaningful, practical insights and resources that will strengthen your skills.

One-week workshops utilize a variety of learning activities and practical applications that will immediately impact your work -- including live web conferencing, self-paced online reading and the use of peer discussion forums and assignments. One-week workshops are the equivalent of a one-day in-person course at a training institute, and they include at least one live session that lasts up to 90 minutes. Learners should allow approximately six hours for self-paced, course-related reading and assignments over the course of the week.
