For affordable housing developers and practitioners who are ready to investigate and implement all that factory housing has to offer, here is an exciting one-day field-based experience you can't miss. After brief introductions in the classroom we will spend the day "on tour" visiting local outstanding sites that showcase various types and styles of factory-built housing utilized in the region. Tour sites will offer a variety of options dependent on location. Options will include factory visits, site visits for different styles of factory-built housing, sub-division development, in-fill new construction and the like. Get an up-close look at uses of the latest materials and methods in factory-built housing.
