Empowering people to find and maintain stable housing is important in the current challenging housing market. NeighborWorks America is helping people become homeowners and overcome obstacles to retaining their homes. Vice President of National Homeownership Programs Noelle Melton and Vice President of National Initiatives Tonya Tyler are leading efforts to help ensure that people can afford to own homes, understand what is needed to stay in them, and know what resources are available.Our experts can discuss:

Noelle Melton, Vice President, National Homeownership Programs, NeighborWorks America Noelle Melton leads NeighborWorks America's efforts to support financial stability and wealth building through strategic planning and program development. She manages the creation and refinement of strategies and tools to support the NeighborWorks network.
Tonya Tyler, Vice President, National Initiatives Tonya Tyler has significant experience in housing and foreclosure prevention and has held a variety of roles during her 12 years at NeighborWorks America. She led NeighborWorks America's National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) Program, which helped more than 2 million homeowners receive foreclosure counseling.
