Clarence Moore comes to NeighborWorks America from Amazon Web Services, where he was a senior systems development manager. He has 13 years of information technology (IT) and program management experience across insurance, pharmaceuticals/life sciences and government industries. Over the span of his career, Moore has saved companies more than $500 million through his work as an IT leader completing numerous IT transformation projects in IT service management, help desk and IT service expansion.

Moore is passionate about connecting with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and using those learnings to make customer-centric IT solutions and process improvements. He is responsible for creating the proposal and design to overhaul the District of Columbia government's IT services through the implementation of the ServiceNow platform. He is a certified PMP, SCRUM Master and ITIL professional.

A native of Chocowinity, North Carolina, he attended North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, where he earned his bachelor’s in computer science, and George Mason University where he earned a graduate degree in technology management.
